Complete K9 Training
Dog training that meets your needs
Homestay Training
Homestay training is a three week course in which your dog is trained for you by a professional dog trainer.
By far our most popular course, you and your dog will receive the most complete training package available. Your dog will stay
with us in our spacious split-level home on a 1/4 acre lot and receive training 7 days a week for 3 weeks. He'll also receive
playtime at least four times a day where he can interact with other dogs under careful supervision. Following the training
we will do two private lessons with you to teach you how to work with everything your dog has learned and how to establish yourself
as the leader. We'll work with obedience, problem behaviors, socialization and manners. The minimum age for this program is 4 months.
A consultation, free of charge, is needed prior to sign-up.

kennel training program!
Homestay is ideal for owners that are going away on vacation, are physically limited, don't have the
time or energy to train, or simply want a complete training program that allows them to come home to a trained dog after only a short
period of time.
Will your dog listen to you? Absolutely! You don't have to be the one training your dog in order to earn
his respect. Obedience training is a great way to communicate leadership, but what what's more important is your presence and your
consistency. For a few days you may see your dog test things out, just to see how hard he really needs to work now that he's home.
We'll show you the steps to communicating leadership to your dog from day one and how to follow through with the confidence and consistency
of a true leader of the pack! Get answers to more frequently asked questions

Private In-Home Lessons
Private lessons are held conveniently at your own home. Lessons are one hour in length and conducted
weekly for five weeks. With this course, you will have the fulfilling experience of actually being the one training your dog.
You will be taught new techniques at each lesson and need to practice with your dog throughout the week to prepare for the next lesson.
This course can be customized to address particular issues with your dog. Appointments are flexible so that we can find times
to fit into your busy schedule. By learning how to teach your dog basic obedience you will be able to build a
foundation of training and use that foundation to communicate effectively with your dog and establish yourself as the authority
figure in his life. A 30 minute personalized instruction on housebreaking or litter box training can be added to the first lesson
for an additional fee. The minimum age for this program is 4 months. A consultation, free of charge, is needed prior to sign-up.

Behavior Management Lesson
A Behavior Management Lesson addresses a particular behavioral problem or set of problems.
This lesson does not include obedience training or other commands other than those that may be needed to help with a particular problem.
This may be a good option for you if you have a generally well-behaved dog that has some minor issues. However, obedience
training is an important aspect of controlling your dog, so this may not be adequate for all problem behaviors. It is important to
keep in mind that this is not a quick fix, but a time to learn some ways to deal with the problem and suggestions for further action
if necessary. These lessons can be 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours in length.
Examples of Behavior Management Lessons:
- Housebreaking (1 hour)
- Aggression
- Introductions with dogs or people
- Dominance issues
- Walking
on a leash
- Excessive barking
- A combination of a few behavioral problems
